GREENVILLE — East Carolina University’s Family Fare presents ECU Storybook Theatre’s “A Christmas Carol” at 7 p.m. on Friday in Wright Auditorium on the campus of ECU.

ECU Storybook Theatre will be performing John Jakes’ adaptation of the Charles Dickens’ classic tale, directed by Patch Clark.

Bah! Humbug! Scrooge didn’t like people. He liked money — collecting it, not spending it. He didn’t like friends; or visitors. He especially didn’t care for three otherworldly visitors — the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future — but they warmed his heart and changed him into a man who cares about people and friends and the future.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth.

For more information or advanced tickets, call the Central Ticket Office, Mendenhall Student Center, at 252-328-4788 or visit www.ecu.edu/familyfare.

Individuals requesting accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the Department for Disability Support Services at least 48 hours prior to the event at 252-737-1016 (voice/TTY).
